User Guide

EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET BMC

Extraction: Extract bone marrow using bone marrow biopsy needle and two 30cc syringes.
(total of 50cc)

Bone Marrow Injection: Inject the bone marrow slowly through the outer injection lid.

Securing Space of Red Blood Cell: Rotate the bottom handle cap clockwise until the silicone reaches a little bit lower than 15 labeled on the tube.

Centrifuge: Place two BMC-S30 proportionally into the dedicated centrifuge, and adjust the setting of the centrifuge.
(3,000rpm / 5 min)

05

Repeat: Repeat the process for the remaining 30cc.

Position Bone Marrow Concentrate: Rotate the bottom handle cap to position the Red Blood Cell threshold, and enclose the upper cap.

Injection Syringe Connector Coupling: Insert the injection syringe connector into the central extraction port until fully inserted, and attach a 10cc syringe.

Bone Marrow Concetrate Extraction: Rotate the bottom handle cap counter-clock-wise to extract the bone marrow concetrate through the syringe.

09

Repeat: Repeat the process for the remaining 30cc.

10

Replace the Needle: Replace the needle to 18g needle for operation.
