Blood Extraction: Extract 20~30cc of blood.
(make sure to use 19~21g needle)

Manipulating Top Main Cap: Rotate the top cap once to the counter-clockwise to open the lid.

Blood Injection: Inject blood slowly through the blood injection lid.

Manipulation Bottom Main Cap: Rotate the lower handle to lower the bottom silicone up to 15 marked on the bottom cap.

Centrifugation: Centrifuge using a dedicated centrifuge.
(3,000rpm / 3 min.)

Manipulating the Location of the Buffy Coat: Relocate the buffy coat up to the center of the Bottleneck and enclose the top lid.

Buffy Coat Extraction: Insert 1cc syringe through the central lid on the upper cap and rotate the bottom handle cap counter-clockwise.

Plasma Extraction: Using 1~5cc syringe, extract the plasma through the lid.
(You can adjust the extraction volume accordingly to the intended usage.)

Completed PRP: Using the connector included in the kit to blend the plasma and the buffy coat.
